Day 47

went to work around 7pm.

before that.

i went for an interview with fir.

it's located at clark quay.





we were late for the interview

we only fill up the application

joe told us to come back tml between 3 - 5pm

between, fir thought that joe would be a chinese guy.

the fact is joe is an angmoh lady.

she's from britain.

went to work around 7pm.

michael chuang ask me to go bar cuisine to work as a chef

i told him for what?

he said he didnt have any chef to help out.

and he dont have enough waiter/waitress to run the restruant either.

he plead me to work.

he said just this once.

i told him.

'i helped you out on sunday when i was out. And i also helped out on monday'

he was quiet.

i just gave in.

when to kitchen.

change my uniform.

prepare the food.

and start to cook.
